The Members module is the best way to keep track of all of your customers info, here you will store their unique information, not just their name but their address, phone number, tax exemptions, and discounts. After installing the Members module from the SA Store you can visit it along with the rest of your modules on the left side under the Dashboard. You can edit any of the Members info that join your site, however the best part about it is, your members can fill it out themselves when they join!
The Manage Members page will present you a list of all members on your website. The list of Members is, by default, sorted alphabetically by the last name. However, you can use a different sorting criteria by clicking on the heading of one of the columns. There are also actions for each row of a Member to allow you to perform such tasks as editing and deleting a Member. You also have static actions available to export, search or add a new Member.
The following columns are available on the Manage Members Page:
Member Table Actions
These actions are available at the top of the table containing the member data 
Export All Members
This button will create an Excel (.csv) file containing all complete Members and their corresponding information.
This button will allow you to search through your Members using the following parameters:

Add New Member
This button will take you to the Create a Member page. (See Create/Edit Members)
Per Member Actions
These actions are available at the end of each row containing a member This button will take you to the Edit a Member page. (See Create/Edit Members)
This button will permanently removes Member from your website.
This button will log you into the website as the selected Member.
Creating and Editing Members
Selecting Create Member will bring you to the above page.
Here, you will have the option to enter general information regarding your new Member.
Allows you to put a lot of detailed information about the customers/members of your website. When first creating a new member, you are limited to only putting in basic information. Once the member has been created, the rest of the tabs will be displayed for you to add more detailed information about the Member.
Each Member can have any number of Users connected to them. The Member account can act as an administrative account for the connected Users, giving the Member the ability to update individual User information.
Moving forward, any reference to Member(s) will be in reference to the administrative account, whereas User(s) will be in reference to the individual accounts.

Controls whether the Member account is pending review
Controls whether the Member account is enabled/disabled
A profile picture used for the member.
(You must create the member before you can set a profile picture)

Group Table Actions
Add Group to Member
Select the desired group from the drop-down of previously created group
This tab will have additional information if there is custom functionality built in for your site.
Allows you to create, edit or delete Groups. Groups are a method of categorizing your Members. These can often be utilized for allowing certain groups to have permissions to specific pages or functionality on your website using the Member Firewall Module. (link)
