On this page you can create and edit the sequence of status' an order goes through. Individual status can be edited with custom icons and titles (i.e. a Truck icon with the Shipping title suggests a state where the order is in transit to be delivered) You can drag and drop status' to rearrange their sequence.
Sub Status Items are states that are not in the normal life-cycle of an order. i.e. If an order is cancelled, that is not a normal part of the order life-cycle of Processing->Shipped->Delivered that is more consistent.
Charge Step
You may select one order status as the Charge Step. This step is where the customer will be charged for their order.
Void Step
You can set one Sub-Status Item as the Void Step. The Void Step is where the order will be voided.
You can create e-mail templates to be sent out at various stages of the order process. In this section, you can name and customize the look/feel of the template.
